Questions about your account, your documents, or how LegacySure works? Reach out directly — a real person reads every message. Below are answers to the questions we hear most often.
For help with the app, account questions, billing, or feedback. We aim to respond within two business days. Please include your account email and a description of what you're seeing — it helps us help you faster.
No. LegacySure educates and organizes — it does not practice law, draft legal documents, or provide legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney–client relationship. Its purpose is to help you understand your situation and arrive at a licensed attorney's office prepared, so your time with a professional is spent making decisions rather than gathering basics.
Your data is stored securely and encrypted in transit. It is never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@legacysure.app. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions purchased through the app are managed by Google Play, not by LegacySure directly. To cancel, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select LegacySure, and choose Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link at your account email. If that email no longer reaches you, contact support@legacysure.app from an address you can access and we'll help you recover the account.
Yes. Your information is tied to your account, not your device. Sign in on the new phone with the same email and your vault, assets, and profile will be there. This is also why keeping your account email current matters — it's how you get back in.
Absolutely. LegacySure includes benefit guidance specific to service members, veterans, federal employees, and first responders — the areas generic tools tend to ignore. But the core planning tools, vault, and education apply to anyone. You do not need any service background to use it.
Because estate rules vary by state and change over time, and you deserve to verify what you're told. Where LegacySure explains a rule, it points to the underlying law so you and your attorney can confirm it's current.
Please tell us — email support@legacysure.app with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps enormously. Reports from users are how the app gets better, and we read every one.
If your question isn't answered here, send us a message. We'd rather hear from you than have you stuck.
